12.1 - 12.7 Piemonte

The first week of December will be dedicated to the rich culinary scene in Piemonte, Italy. World-renowned chefs travel to Piemonte each year to find the best ingredients for their three star Michelin restaurants. The hills of Piemonte are for foggy mornings hunting truffles, lazy afternoons dipping bread into bagna cauda, and celebrating the seasons with the classic tajarin pasta.

In addition to a limited a la carte menu, we will be offering a customizable four-course menu, stories of Piemonte, and pours of the classic wines that make this region so unique.
