Join us at Osteria Alberico for a one-night Roman-inspired dinner with New York Times bestselling author Katie Parla, who has called Rome home for over two decades. Each guest will receive a signed copy of her newest book, "Rome: A Culinary History, Cookbook, and Field Guide to the Flavors that Built a City." The five-course menu will spotlight dishes iconic to Rome—classic, bold, and deeply rooted in the city’s culinary traditions—offering an evening dedicated to the flavors, stories, and enduring spirit of the Eternal City.
