Join us for an evening with Jordan Salcito — Denver native, award-winning sommelier, and one of the most creative voices in wine today.
Salcito built her career at some of America's most celebrated restaurants, including Eleven Madison Park, Restaurant Daniel, and Momofuku, where her wine programs earned recognition from the James Beard Foundation, The New York Times, and World of Fine Wine. Working harvests in Burgundy, Tuscany, California, and Patagonia have shaped her approach as much as any cellar or dining room. She is the founder of RAMONA and the author of Smart Mouth: Wine Essentials for You, Me, & Everyone We Know.
Guests will enjoy a four-course menu alongside an evening of conversation with Salcito herself. Every seat includes a signed copy of Smart Mouth — her newly released guide to wine for the curious and uninitiated alike.
$90 per person — four-course menu + signed copy of Smart Mouth +$55 — optional wine flight.
