Bree Lancey
Dining Room Manager
Bree brings years of experience in the hospitality industry, having worked at various restaurants across the country. Her passion for wine is a key motivator, and she is currently a Level 3 WSET certified sommelier. She joined Frasca Food and Wine in January 2023 and has demonstrated compassionate and supportive leadership in many aspects of the Front of House during her time with us.
Bree is originally from Iowa, but has called Colorado home for over a decade. Her main hobbies outside of work are reading, traveling, and snowboarding, and she plans to start pursuing her WSET Diploma in 2025.
