Jonathan O'Leary is a seasoned professional with 18.5 years of experience in the culinary industry. A proud graduate of the French Culinary Institute in NYC, Jonathan's passion for cooking was ignited at a young age by his grandmother, who introduced him to the concept of mise en place long before he could even reach the countertop. Her bread-making lessons provided the foundation for his future culinary career
Originally from Aurora, Colorado, Jonathan combines his culinary expertise with a deep appreciation for the outdoors. He has led kitchens at esteemed establishments such as The Golden Eagle Inn in Beaver Creek and Hooked in Beaver Creek, where he honed his leadership skills and culinary creativity.
When he's not in the kitchen, Jonathan enjoys fly fishing, hunting, and foraging for wild mushrooms.
