Kevin Burke has over two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, working in both front and back of house roles, alongside a career as a professional ballet dancer. Drawn to the industry for its potential to connect with others and make an impact, Kevin remains passionate about bringing genuine joy to guests over 25 years later.

He found his niche behind the bar in collaborative, progressive restaurants and joined Tavernetta as a Dining Room Manager in June 2023 before transitioning to AGM of Osteria Alberico.
