Russell Stippich brings a wealth of experience from some of the Front Range's most esteemed restaurants, including Frasca Food and Wine, where he began his illustrious career. Over the past decade, Russell has led culinary teams at Acorn, the Squeaky Bean, the Nickel at Hotel Teatro, Populist, and most recently, Bar Dough.
As the opening Chef de Cuisine of Osteria Alberico, Russell combines his rich culinary background with a passion for Italian cuisine, crafting exceptional dining experiences for every guest.
